SAN DIEGO - In an unusual move, the San Diego County district attorney's office is refusing to try cases in front of Superior Court Judge John S. Einhorn, but won't say why.
District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis confirmed the boycott in a one-paragraph statement, noting that all parties in a case have the right to a preemptory challenge without having to provide a reason.
