Claim: Student complaints of inappropriate touching by teacher ignored

A Palm Desert student who told school officials his elementary teacher molested students was ignored and instead sent to a psychiatrist, where he was made to believe the allegations weren't true, according to a claim filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
