Weil assists Oracle in $2.1 billion acquisition

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP represented Redwood City-based Oracle Corp. in its latest purchase, the $2.1 billion acquisition of Bedford, Mass.-based Acme Packet, the company announced Monday.

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP represented Redwood City-based Oracle Corp. in its latest purchase, the $2.1 billion acquisition of Bedford, Mass.-based Acme Packet, the company announced Monday. Oracle will pay a price of $29.25 per share.


Acme Packet develops products to provide voice, video and multimedia communications across IP networks.
