Judge approves $308 million in attorney fees in price-fixing class action

SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. District Judge Susan Y. Illston on Thursday tentatively approved most of the recommendations for attorney fee awards in an ongoing class action alleging price fixing of flat panel displays from 1998 to 2006.
