Osborn Maledon lawyer shot during Phoenix mediation
Mark Hummels, a partner at Osborn Maledon PA and president of the Phoenix chapter of the Federal Bar Association, was shot at a Phoenix office building Wednesday while representing a client during a mediation, according to the firm.

He was taken to a hospital where he underwent surgery, the firm said.
