Potash antitrust case settles for $80 million

Plaintiffs in a U.S. District Court antitrust case involving allegations of potash price fixing settled with remaining defendants for $80 million, pushing the total settlement to $90 million.

Plaintiffs in a U.S. District Court antitrust case involving allegations of potash price fixing settled with remaining defendants for $80 million, plaintiffs' counsel said in a filing Wednesday, pushing the total settlement to $90 million and closing more than four years of litigation.
