Orrick provisionally wins $23 million in fee spat with MGA Entertainment

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has preliminarily won $23 million as the result of an arbitration to collect alleged unpaid attorney fees and expenses from MGA Entertainment Inc. in the hard-fought war over the toymaker's Bratz dolls, according to court documents.
