Gideon Kanner's argument that union grocery clerks are "strangers" with no right to "intrude" on Ralphs Supermarkets' property rights is unpersuasive. ["Does the Freedom of Expression Trump Property Rights?," Jan. 22]. In fact, the grocery clerks and their union are part of Ralphs' family with as much right to be there as the strangers who shop there. The decision in Ralphs was correct.
