Panel reverses $172 million Bratz verdict

Hours after an appeals court Thursday reversed a $172 million jury verdict against Mattel Inc. over accusations it stole trade secrets about Bratz dolls from rival toymaker MGA Entertainment Inc., MGA said it intends to refile its claims.
