Hausfeld LLP shoots for arbitration in ethics suits
Facing an ethics lawsuit filed by a former partner, law firm Hausfeld LLP and firm leader Michael D. Hausfeld argued in U.S. District Court for the Northern District Tuesday that the parties are contractually obligated to enter into arbitration per the terms of the firm's partnership agreement.
