9th Circuit Puts Stop to Racial Profiling Case

SAN FRANCISCO - Curtailing the ability of minority motorists to challenge allegedly race-based traffic stops, a federal appeals court Tuesday threw out a suit by two Arizona Hispanics stopped by the U.S. Border Patrol, saying they failed to "allege sufficient injury" to entitle them to enjoin the practice.
