Sentenced to Hard Time After Doing the Crime

Allen Payne has a Y3K problem. Convicted in March 1997 of multiple sexual assault counts and three counts of child endangerment, he won't see the light of day outside prison walls until after the next millennium. Sentenced by a Riverside county judge to 1,113 years to life, his is a state record.
