Phony Associate Put on Probation

SAN JOSE - Steven Y. Lee, the former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati associate who practiced law in several states without a license before he was caught by partners at his firm earlier this year, avoided a jail term Friday and was sentenced instead to three years' probation.
