District Board to Take Up Belmont Matter

It could be a good hypothetical for a law school class: Take a rare large parcel of land in an urban area populated largely with low- and moderate-income minority residents. Start building a badly needed public school. Increase the level of complexity by mixing in a toxic stew of poisonous and even potentially explosive chemicals at the site. Sue the law firm that advised the school district on the deal.
