Report Criticizes Orange County Court Facilities

SANTA ANA - Aging, overcrowded court facilities. Lack of services for self-represented litigants. Inadequate public education about the legal system. Poor relationships between courts and county government. These are just a handful of the problems plaguing Orange County Superior Court and the issues presented - along with proposed solutions - to the state Judicial Council Wednesday in the court's Long Range Strategic Plan for 2000-2005.
