Judges Reject Listing Assets on Web Site

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Citing safety concerns, a committee of the Judicial Conference of the United States announced Tuesday it has denied a request by a news organization to post federal judges' financial disclosure reports on the Internet. The panel also lifted a temporary ban on the release of any of those reports to the general public.
