Foster Care Whistle-Blower Settles Her Retaliation Case

LOS ANGELES - A former employee of the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services who claimed she was demoted and retaliated against for whistle-blowing has reached a $450,000 tentative settlement in her federal lawsuit against the county.
