Finding Exactly the Right Loan to Do the Job

Partner Allen Hubsch led Heller Financial Inc., a division of General Electric Capital Corp., in its $90 million loan to Ameris Acquisition Inc., a holding company created by Keystone Education and Youth Services Inc. Ameris Acquisition used the part fixed, part revolving loan to acquire Comprehensive Childcare Services Inc., a publicly traded company which provides treatment, education and incarceration to children with mental, behavioral and emotional problems in residential and nonresidential programs.
