Yosemite Trial Hearing Closed

SAN JOSE - Over the objections of attorneys representing several news organizations, Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Thomas C. Hastings Tuesday closed the courtroom for portions of a hearing over the suppression of evidence in the triple-murder trial of Cary Stayner.
