Doctor Wins $6 Million From Employer for Botched Surgery

Loma Linda Medical Center is told it must pay $5.8 million in damages to a patient and his wife for a botched back surgery. The patient was a doctor at the hospital.

SAN BERNARDINO - A Superior Court jury has ordered Loma Linda University Medical Center to pay nearly $6 million to one of its doctors for a botched surgery on the physician's back.
