Parsons Prevails in Dispute Over Iraq Reconstruction Case

A jury has quashed a Dubai company's attempt to collect more than $11 million from Pasadena-based Parsons Corp. for backing out of a deal to purchase water tanks for projects in Iraq - even though the panel believed the engineering giant, already mired in controversy for shoddy work in the region, breached a valid contract.
