SAN FRANCISCO - Liberal judges on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals appear to be fed up with the sometimes snarky dissents written by their conservative colleagues.

The dissents in question are conservative protests against getting outvoted when the full court declines to reconsider a liberal decision. The court publishes the dissents along with its orders denying review.
