Western State Law School Names New Dean
William E. Adams Jr., an expert in elder law and gay rights, will replace Maryann Jones, who is retiring, as the new dean of Western State University College of Law.
Daily Journal Staff Writer SANTA ANA - An expert in elder law and gay rights will become the new dean of Western State University College of Law in June, the school has announced. William E. Adams Jr., 54, an associate dean and professor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., will replace Dean Maryann Jones, who is retiring. Like Jones, Adams also will become the school's president....
