Statewide condom law ignores reality of industry

In November 2012, voters in Los Angeles passed the Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act, also known as Measure B, which requires condom use in all porn productions shot in Los Angeles County. Today, plans to take Measure B statewide in 2016 are moving forward.
