The 80-bed Aurora San Diego Hospital in Rancho Bernardo was sold as part of a $379 million sale-leaseback transaction involving six behavioral health facilities.
The buyer was Chicago-based Care Capital Properties, a public real estate investment trust that specializes in behavioral health facilities.
The sellers included Arizona Life Properties LLC, Nevada Life Properties LLC, and Signature Health Services Inc. of Corona, according to The CoStar Group.
