Gutting the EPA will be bad for business

The Trump administration recently proposed to cut the Environmental Protection Agency's budget by approximately 30 percent (Congress is currently proposing a much smaller cut). Obviously, this is no modest adjustment. One does not achieve reductions of that scale without gutting major parts of the agency.
