Seniors Seek Class Action Against Trip Insurer
Sylvia Resnick considers herself "a pretty peppy person," despite her senior-citizen status. So it took a serious back spasm for Resnick to cancel her European vacation. At least, she thought, she would get back the $6,000 she had spent on the cruise because she had a trip-cancellation protection plan. But her trip insurer never paid a penny, Resnick said, and now she has sued.
