BRIEFLY: HP Investigator Charged

A private investigator who allegedly used a newspaper reporter's Social Security number to obtain telephone records as part of the Hewlett-Packard leak investigation was charged Wednesday in federal court with conspiracy to commit aggravated identity theft.
