Justices Allow Prosecution of Iranians in U.S.
WASHINGTON - Sidestepping a closely watched case on terrorism law and the First Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to halt the federal prosecution of seven individuals in the Los Angeles area for contributing money to an Iranian opposition group that the Bush administration classifies as a terrorist organization.
