SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge in San Francisco said Wednesday that she would grant preliminary approval of a $65 million settlement with computer giant IBM.

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge in San Francisco said Wednesday that she would grant preliminary approval of a $65 million settlement with computer giant IBM.
During a hearing in open court, U.S. District Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton gave the green light to the wage-and-hour class action, which will affect some 37,000 IBM technology workers.
