McKesson Wins Reduction of $19 Million Verdict for Firing

An appellate court on Tuesday slashed a record-setting $19 million jury verdict against health-care giant McKesson for firing a woman because she suffered from panic attacks.

      An appellate court on Tuesday slashed a record-setting $19 million jury verdict against health-care giant McKesson for firing a woman because she suffered from panic attacks.
