McKesson Wins Reduction of $19 Million Verdict for Firing
An appellate court on Tuesday slashed a record-setting $19 million jury verdict against health-care giant McKesson for firing a woman because she suffered from panic attacks.

An appellate court on Tuesday slashed a record-setting $19 million jury verdict against health-care giant McKesson for firing a woman because she suffered from panic attacks.
The 3rd District Court of Appeal reduced Charlene J. Roby's award to $3.5 million, saying the larger amount was not justified. Roby v. McKesson, C047617.
