Alameda Judge Will Join 1st District

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Judge Henry E. Needham to the 1st District Court of Appeals and nine attorneys to lower benches Thursday.

      Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Judge Henry E. Needham to the 1st District Court of Appeals and nine attorneys to lower benches Thursday.
      Needham, 63, has served with the Alameda County Superior Court since 1996 and is the assistant presiding judge and the supervising judge of the Hayward branch.
