Sotomayor Free From Financial Conflicts

U.S. Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor won't have to recuse herself from any cases because of financial conflicts should she be confirmed to the high court. She doesn't own a single penny's worth of stock or other securities, according to a review of her financial disclosure form released Thursday.

WASHINGTON - U.S. Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor won't have to recuse herself from any cases because of financial conflicts should she be confirmed to the high court.
