Although your article "For Juveniles, a Strike May Not Be a Strike" (Thursday, May 28) is interesting and important, it was distressing to see that absolutely no mention is made of the one person ultimately responsible for it all, Santa Clara County Deputy Public Defender Seth Flagsberg.
