The Bar Association of San Francisco won't be endorsing a candidate for San Francisco district attorney because too few members participated in polling over the decision, the group announced Tuesday.
For an endorsement, one-third of eligible members must vote in direct balloting held over a two-week period, but only 13 percent participated, BASF said.
