Goodwin Procter to take Zendesk public

Zendesk Inc., a cloud-based customer service software startup, has turned to Goodwin Procter LLP to prepare for its initial public offering that could net the San Francisco company up to $150 million, according to its Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Thursday.
