Former State Bar executive seeks to depose chief justice

Attorneys for former State Bar Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn have sought to depose California Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye in Dunn's lawsuit over his termination, but Attorney General Kamala D. Harris has moved to block the effort.
