Special master appointed to help court review State Bar's funding request

The state Supreme Court on Monday appointed a special master to assist the court with its consideration of the State Bar's request for funding.
Justice Elwood Lui of the 2nd District Court of Appeal, Division One was given the task of obtaining additional information from the bar and providing administrative assistance to the court.
