Producers of series about singer look to stop family's lawsuit.

The case should be dismissed because the work is in the public interest, defendants claim.

Attorneys for a Mexican production company are seeking to dismiss a case filed by the estate of Jenni Rivera, arguing that its production of a TV series based on the late singer's life is protected by public interest.
