Insurers turn to drones

Insurance companies have the right, and indeed the duty, to thoroughly investigate claims. In California, an insurer's failure to reasonably investigate an insurance claim may result in bad faith liability. See Egan v. Mutual of Omaha Ins. Co., 24 Cal. 3d 809, 819 (1979); Guebara v.
