Gov. Jerry Brown acted on a series of drone bills in September when he signed one bill and vetoed four others in the just-concluded legislative session. Once again, drone regulation legislation was a hot topic in the California Legislature, but the governor again voiced concerns about tackling this issue on a "piecemeal basis."
