Justices hear arguments on judge's ban of OC DA

A deputy attorney general told a 4th District appellate panel Monday that the Orange County district attorney's office's experience with the sheriff's department and its recently revealed jail informant records put its prosecutors in the best position to handle the capital prosecution of a confessed mass murderer.
