A San Diego County judge is facing formal charges brought by the state Commission on Judicial Performance alleging several counts of willful misconduct, breach of judicial ethics and conduct that brings his office into disrepute.
Superior Court Judge Gary G. Kreep, who was elected to a six-year term in June 2012, has until Oct. 27 to respond to the allegations.
