Disbarred OC attorney arrested in New Jersey

The indictment alleges a $1.4 million mortgage scheme.

A disbarred Orange County sole practitioner was arrested Friday on a federal indictment related to an alleged mortgage modification scheme that authorities say bilked about 75 people out of more than $1.4 million, the U.S. attorney's office announced.
