Civita project in Mission Valley taking shape

When finished, Civita will feature apartments, row and town homes, senior housing, village shops, businesses, and parkland.

A 70-year-old quarry in Mission Valley has been getting a makeover in phases, transforming into an eco-conscious, walkable, mixed-use development, with a multilevel park that will be the hub of the community.
