Law firm leaders and students searched for solutions to the legal industry's female brain drain problem at the Women in Law Hackathon at Stanford Law School on Friday.
The winning teams suggested that firms should either change their compensation schemes, offer more support and training, or mandate that women be considered for all firm leadership positions.
