Former State Bar investigations manager files whistleblower retaliation suit against agency

The State Bar's former managing director of investigations has filed a lawsuit against the agency claiming his termination last November was retaliation for whistleblowing about alleged misconduct by former Chief Trial Counsel Jayne Kim.
