A small Los Angeles-based company, Epsilon Electronics Inc., has a won a $1.5 million arbitration award handed down in the Rabbinical Council of California through the mediating body know as the Bais Den. It overturns a 2010 decision in the same venue.
Baruch C. Cohen, Epsilon's attorney, said it took courage for the council to reverse a past decision under Jewish law.
