LA jury sides with drone-flying filmmaker

The jury ruled unanimously Tuesday that a drone operator didn't violate any laws when he flew his device near a Los Angeles Police Department heliport, reasoning the Federal Aviation Administration controls airspace and no one other than the military can order another aircraft to move out of the way.
