SAN FRANCISCO - Federal prosecutors claimed Friday that Pacific Gas and Electric Co. engaged in a pattern of criminal conduct that included obstructing regulators in the aftermath of the deadly San Bruno natural gas pipeline explosion in 2010.
PG&E is facing 13 criminal charges following the disaster that killed eight and injured dozens.
